A two day clinical course in graded medical exercise therapy This course is targeted towards physiotherapists working in public, private and community practice who wish to expand their clinical skills and treatment options for clients with lumbar and thoracic and sciatic pain. Medical Exercise Therapy approach uses global, semi global and local exercises with considerable focus on awareness and stability exercises targeted to improve kinetic control and coordination.
