A two day clinical course in graded medical exercise therapy This course is targeted towards physiotherapists working in public, private and community practice who wish to expand their clinical skills and treatment options for clients with cervical spine dysfunction and cervical headache. Medical Exercise Therapy approach uses global, semi global and local exercises with considerable focus on awareness and stability exercises targeted to improve kinetic control and coordination. This course will involve a large practical aspect so that skills can be applied immediately. A specific theory manual, an exercise manual and a DVD accompanies this course.
