Very practically based, over 250 exercises covered. Online material with excellent resources.


Event Description

We believe Physiotherapists are ideally placed and skilled in prescribing exercises during pregnancy. The Bump Room workshop will give you the confidence, expertise and practical knowledge to work with this special population.

Presenter Profile

Ailish and Caitriona have been instructing busy pregnancy fitness classes for the last eight years and founded The Bump Room in 2012.  They have had over 4000 women through their classes since starting the online booking. They completed a business mentoring course in 2014 and have worked closely with physiotherapists to grow their own bump rooms in Dublin, Galway and Clare.

Ailish works part time with HSE in primary care and Caitriona works in private practice with Johnson McEvoy.

Ailish graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons, post graduate diploma in Primary Health Care, Pilates instructor with APPI and Agricultural certificate!

Caitriona graduated from University College Dublin, Masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine from University College Galway and Pilates trained with APPI.

Cost to Attend

  •  €150. A booking deposit of €40 is required to secure your place. You will be sent an email asking you to register for the private members area. Payment of the remainder of the balance occurs during this process.
