This year’s event will focus on you and your clinic and how you can build on what you have to make a strong and dynamic business while attracting and retaining an effective and progressive team. With new pension rules coming into force in the second part of 2024, we will look at the impact Mandatory Pensions will have on clinic owners. Recruitment continues to be a major headache and so we will be joined by TTM Recruitment to look at what potential employees are looking for when applying for positions and how you can attract potential staff to your clinic. Michelle Lyons will look at hormonal health and disuss the intersection of hormonal, musculoskeletal and pelvic health. Some of you will be aware of Painless Practice, which is owened and manged by Celia Champion. Celia works closely with clinic owners throughout Ireland and the UK supporting them on the non-clinical, business side of their practice.
Following our survey after last years event, we had many suggesting that we have this event on a Saturday - so that members would not need to take time away from their practice. So with this in mind, we have arranged for this to take place on Saturday, 27th April. We have also chosen a venue, which is accessible to members coming from all parts of the country.
