This workshop will focus on the theory of excelling in competency-based interviews. It will help you develop skills and techniques in an informal, supportive environment and guide you on how to structure your answers and improve your performance. Using the supplied handout materials, the group will be taken through Jo’s approach to effective interview preparation.
There will be a further workshop on 1st November, which will follow up on the skills learned on this course. This will be in a smaller, more focussed group.
