Come join us for a highly interactive and practical session on the foundations of sports taping. This taping course is delivered by Connacht Rugbys Head Physiotherapist and Lead Academy Physiotherapist.
It is suitable for all experience levels, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn how highly experienced sports physiotherapists prepare their players for game day.
All tape and equipment will be provided

Schedule:
- Taping theory & tips
- Foot/Ankle – full boot, half boot, post imping, ant imping, achilles, low-dye, 1st mtp
- Knee – mcl, hyper ext
- Shoulder – ghj, acj
- Wrist/thumb
- Elbow
Please wear appropriate clothing with access to shoulders, knees and ankles.

Facilitators:
Dave Hanly is the current Head Physiotherapist with Connacht Rugby and has previously worked in GAA with the Galway senior footballers and hurlers.
Mark Gallagher is a Physiotherapist with Connacht Rugby and has previously worked in GAA with the Mayo senior footballers.
