Strapping and Taping Course-Galway

Please join us for a highly interactive and practical session on the foundations of sports taping. Suitable for all experience levels, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn how highly experienced sports physios prepare their players for game day.

During the session you'll cover the below key taping techniques. All tape and equipment will be provided and the event will be catered.
Please wear appropriate clothing with access to shoulders, knees and ankles.
