Between them they over 20 years experiene teaching Refromer Pilates in a clinical setting. Anne specialises in treatment in of Chronic Pain and Musculoskeletal physiotherapy while Roisín is a Womens Health Specialist. |

This Reformer Clinical Pilates Teacher Training course aims to provide the knowledge required to teach prescriptive exercise through Clinical Pilates for individuals or in a group setting.
This course aims to ensure each participant gains a deep understanding of how to safely and effectively use the Reformer Pilates Machine and an in-depth knowledge of the teaching principles needed to deliver Clinical Reformer Pilates to the general public.
There are 14 spaces available for this course and it will be run over 5 sessions in Oct/Nov 2025.
