| Presenter Details | I'm Mark Lynch and I am co-founder of Bodyworks Manual Medicine. I'm a registered osteopath and Owner/Operator of a very busy osteopathic clinic in Sligo. I also serve on the OCI (Osteopathic Council of Ireland) board of directors in the capacity of Registrar, responsible for the quality and standards of new applicants entering the register, amoung other things. I am also on the teaching staff of the osteopathic degree progamme at ICOM Cork, where I teach anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, spinal mechanics and structural hands on osteopathic techniques. I myself have competed at national level in Martial Arts and have a passion for all things fitness related. Through this i have experienced my own range of injuries that have been rehabilitated, this has encouraged my studies in my current practice and field. This two day certifed CPD course covers anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, spinal mechanics and a range of osteopathic techniques up to and including manipulation of the lumbar and thoracic spine.
The course will be face to face and hands on focused teaching you a wide range of impactful practical osteopathic techniques. Each course comes with a course booklet and access to videos of all techniques taught. The course will count for 13.5 hours of face to face CPD.
Successful completion of the course will merit certification which means you can be insured to practice the techniques covered
