In 2021 we established our clinic in Malahide with focus in Rehabilitation, Pilates and Performance. Our clinic in Malahide is equipped with the best and most advanced equipment for the treatment of any injury, including focal and radial shockwave therapy, laser therapy, and muscle electrostimulation. We have a private rehabilitation and gym area with cardio and strength equipment from Technogym to BLK Box. Reformer machines Allegro 2 from Balanced Body. Recovery machines from Game Ready, Normatec and Hyperice.

Our goal is to provide the most up to date evidenced-based approach for each specific condition and empower the patient to manage their injury as independently as possible. We develop rehabilitation programs based on individual needs with the best evidenced-based exercises for each specific injury.

The position is part-time but full-time options may be considered. Self-employed, PAYE and contract positions available.

The salary is negotiable.

  • BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy (preferred)
  • Relevant private practice clinical experience (preferred)
  • CORU registration or S91 CORU application in process - please note you must be able to produce your application number (essential)
  • Chartered membership of ISCP (essential)
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance (essential)
  • Reformer or Matt Pilates (desirable)
  • Dry Needling experience (desirable)
  • Strength & Condition Qualifications (desirable)

What is the role and what will my responsibilities be?

  • Work with patients who have a range of conditions, primarily neuro-musculoskeletal, both face to face and digitally.
  • Independently assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, then provide treatment accordingly.
  • Educate patients about how to prevent and/or improve their conditions.
  • Applicants must be able to combine manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation and have excellent clinical reasoning and treatment planning skills.
  • Admin responsibilities: medical case notes, reports, statistics, managing patient payments and issuing receipts.
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals in a timely manner.
  • Conduct meetings with local GPs and potential referrers.
  • Assist the marketing team in generating new patients.
