Job Summary: Clinical Lead Platinum Pilates & Physio

 As a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services to patients. You will lead a team of physiotherapists at Platinum Pilates & Physio  ensuring that they provide effective treatment plans, assessments and advice to patients, whilst working alongside other healthcare professionals and Platinum Pilates Team to deliver the hybrid model of health care through Physiotherapy.

“We provide general and specialist physiotherapy treatments  for  underlying issues in those who need a modern approach to injury treatment and injury reoccurrence. Our approach is hybrid in that we combine traditional forms of Physiotherapy Treatment with an integrated system of rehab & movement to form part of the treatment.  This combination of functional, movement-based care approach within the Physiotherapy setting is the complete circle of care for our patients.”

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the delivery of physiotherapy services in line with clinical governance and quality standards as well as the brand integrity of the hybrid model of health care.
  • Supervise, support and motivate a team of physiotherapists to provide excellent patient care.
  • Assess and diagnose patients, develop treatment plans and evaluate their progress.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines for the management of musculoskeletal, neurological and respiratory conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide a coordinated approach to patient care.
  • Roll out the Clinical Pilates Strategy to develop & grow the circle of care for patients.
  • Ensure that accurate and timely clinical records are maintained for each patient.
  • Contribute to the education and training of other healthcare professionals and patients on physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
  • Participate in regular clinical audits to evaluate the effectiveness of services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design an in service training calendar using both internal and external resources.
  • Work with the Brand Manager to help promote & develop the services available and reach a broad network of clients who would benefit from our services.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the CORU as a Physiotherapist.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Commitment to continuing professional development and keeping up-to-date with advances in physiotherapy practice.
