MSK Physiotherapist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our highly skilled team of Chartered Physiotherapists at our busy and long established clinic. Our clinic is situated in Douglas, Cork and is supported by a loyal and diverse referral base.

Our clinic comprises of seven individal treatment areas, a staff/meeting room and has a well-equipped gymnasium/exercise demonstration area. We have full-time reception/secretarial support. 

The position is full-time but applications for part-time hours will also be favourably considered. Whilst experience in private practice and musculoskeletal physiotherapy is advantageous, we would also welcome applications from new graduates and less-experienced physiotherapists as we are happy to provide mentoring and supervision to facilitate effective patient management and help develop expertise in musculoskeletal therapy skills.

Our clinic ethos is to combine a manual therapy approach with a strong emphasis on exercise prescription to deliver the highest standards of physiotherapy care and facilitate our patients to achieve their optimum potential. 

The ideal applicant should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a strong interest in sports injury rehabilitation, exercise precription, peripheral and spinal MSK disorders and orthopaedics. 

CORU registration is an essential requirement. The hours are flexible with the aim of providing optimal work-life balance in combination with excellent remuneration.
