We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Neurological Physiotherapists to join our Neurological Rehabilitation team. One Part-time and full-time post available.  This is a very flexible and rewarding position with a diverse and challenging neurological caseload. It is a great opportunity to develop handling skills, clinical reasoning and management skills.

Dublin Physiotherapy Clinic has been established for over 20 years. We offer specialist Neurological and MSK Physiotherapy services. This is in addition to a facial paralysis clinic, community-based therapy and Parkinsons exercise classes.


The Role:

  • To confidently assess and manage a diversity of neurological disorders including neurodegenerative disorders.


  • To provide hands on therapy, exercise rehabilitation, education and support to persons with neurological disorders.


  • To liaise closely with the in-house clinical team, community based teams, other AHP and medical professions.


  • To be a team player and able to work independently, with good time management and organisational skills.


  • To organise and run weekly Parkinsons classes, inhouse and zoom.


  • To be actively involved in CPD, participate and lead in-service training.


  • To travel to community based dwellings and nursing homes.


  • To manage administration duties i.e. clinical notes, report writing, home programs, managing payments.


  • To be willing to undertake relevant external courses to further own clinical skills and integrate into service

Essential Job Criteria

Degree/ Diploma in Physiotherapy

ISCP member and CORU registered (or CORU in process- must provide application number)

Clinical experience working in neurological rehabilitation

Willing to participate and develop the neurological rehabilitation service

Excellent communication skills

Friendly, motivated with good work ethic

Participation in post graduate education

Must want to work in private setting (PAYE position)

Must be a car owner and prepared to work in community setting and clinic



Experience with Bobath concept or willing to undertake relevant training

Experience in the private sector
