Physiotherapist (Location Macroom, Co Cork)

Maternity Cover needed in our busy and growing private practice in Macroom Co. Cork.

The clinic is located only 4 minutes’ drive to the Macroom bypass interchange, c. 30 minutes from Cork City and Killarney.
This position is for Maternity Cover initially, with the potential for growth into a Full-time position for the right candidate if
interested.
Maternity Cover beginning in April 2024 for approximately 5-6 months. Flexible working hours to include morning and
evening appointments. Minimum of 2 years post qualification experience preferred.
The clinic has full time reception cover and private treatment rooms and fully equipped Pilates studio. There is plenty on-
site parking and fully equipped canteen.
Candidates for this position should have:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy
- Experience in Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedics and Sports Injuries specialist areas.
- Experience with Dry-needling/Acupuncture and Pilates preferred but not essential
- 2+ years’ experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist in private practice preferred
- Membership of Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (MISCP)
- Coru registered and Professional Indemnity Insurance

- Excellent verbal and writing communication and good time management skills essential.
- Postgraduate qualification in Sports Physio or Sports Medicine would be an advantage.
