Senior Physiotherapist

The Multiple Sclerosis Society of Ireland (MS Ireland) is now seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to work on the Active Neuro Project in Dublin

Specific Purpose contract commencing 1^st January 2023 for one year, 0.3WTE (equating to 10.5 hours) per week

The post will be based in MS Ireland’s Care Centre on Bushy Park Rd, Dublin 6, with options for some remote working as possible.

The successful candidate will design, deliver and evaluate the specialised Active Neuro programme for people with MS and other neurological conditions. This programme provides opportunities for community based exercise and symptom management programmes both online and in person. This post is funded from the Strengthening Disabilities fund from the HSE

Candidates must be registered with CORU (or in the process of registration) Physiotherapy register. Membership of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists is desirable.

A minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience is essential, which must include a minimum of 1 year experience in neurology. Experience running group programmes and or tele-health is highly desirable.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
