| Description | The purpose of this Senior Physiotherapist post is to develop, deliver and demonstrate the value of the CSS Stroke Day Service Programme with a primary focus on the exercise component. The Physiotherapist will carry out pre and post functional assessments with stroke survivors to design group exercises, prescribe individual gym based and home exercise programmes and evaluate functional gains and health benefits. |
