Pearse Street Physiotherapy Clinic is a well-established private practice in a prime location in Dublin city centre, a stone’s throw from the Docklands. We strive to be Ireland’s premier physiotherapy clinic by combining over 60 years of clinical experience with a friendly, collaborative team environment. Our success in this is exemplified by our perfect Google Review record, which over 470 of the more than 15000 patients we have helped over the past 10 years have taken the time to contribute to.

We also realise the need to keep moving forward and keep improving. We have developed several pieces of our own bespoke software to streamline our assessment and documentation. We have incorporated progressive technology including Output Sports, real time ultrasound, online booking and payments and hybrid online/in person Pilates classes. We also have a strong Research focus, regularly presenting research at national and international physiotherapy and medical conferences in recent years. Currently we are working closely with the Data Science department in TCD and using standardised outcome measures across all consultations to evaluate our clients progress and present and publish more research in future.

We know that a great clinic is only as good as the people who work here. We aim to empower each one of our team to become the best therapist they can be. We do this through mentorship, regular in-house CPD including staff-led inservices and external speakers, and facilitating external learning opportunities. We want our physios to bring their unique interests and attributes to make our clinic better. We will encourage you, trust you and support you to take the lead in new service development or research projects in your area of interest.

We also believe in fairly rewarding our team for their efforts, so in addition to a regular salary we offer performance related bonuses, including a profit share policy to encourage everyone to take ownership of the clinic’s development. This is in addition to contributions towards professional and academic fees.
