The Strategic Plan 2022-2025 is the result of extensive research and a canvas of members and opinions and needs.

Speaking at the launch, ISCP CEO Ruaidhri O’Connor said “we’d like to sincerely thank everyone who freely gave their time to participate in focus groups, interviews and the member survey. This valuable input is shaping our focus and has thrown up interesting and useful results."

"Members have spoken and told us that they value opportunities to share experience and professional knowledge and they want a greater focus on internal communication. They’ve also let us know that the  switch to more services being delivered on-line is welcome and a valued resource. This is another area that we intend to develop further as we continue to build an inclusive, connected community for the profession.”
