Physiotherapy Job Summary:
Expanding Physiotherapy Clinic and Pilates Studio in Clonakilty are looking for a physiotherapist to join on a part time or full time basis.
This part time or full time role offers flexibility with working hours (mornings and evenings) and a varied caseload of Musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries and rehabilitation. The practice has a busy Pilates schedule of both Mat and Reformer classes. Training will be given in Reformer Pilates with CPD and Pilates courses funded.
This role involves a mixed caseload of hands on physiotherapy mixed with teaching Pilates and low back pain rehabilitation classes. If you do not have Pilates experience then full training can be given to the right candidate who is a motivated individual with a strong interest in patient outcome.
Job Type / Category
Work with patients who have a range of conditions, primarily musculoskeletal;
Provide clinical mat and reformer classes in a group setting;
Admin responsibilities; medical case notes, reports, statistics, managing patient payments and issue receipts;
Part-take in internal study groups;
Meet continuous education requirements and maintain an up to date CPD folder as per CORU
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
-B. Sc or M.Sc in Physiotherapy
-This role would suit a candidate who has manual therapy skills as well as a strong interest in Pilates and exercise focused rehabilitation.
-Applicants are required to have 3 - 4 years previous private practice experience or outpatients experince

-member of the ISCP.
