The Brothers of Charity model of service is based on Personal Outcome measures requiring a person centered approach and flexibility to provide quality service delivery for each individual supported.
Staff must have a positive attidute towards people with an intellectual disability , promote their independence and demonstrate relevant clinical experience and knowledge.
Candidates must demonstrate competency in applying theory, knowledge and skills in Physiotherapy within the service area of adults and intellectual disability
The Brothers of Charity Services have a strong commitment to on-going professional development. Specific training relevant to the services are encouraged and supported where feasible.
A full clean driving license and use of a car is an essential requirement of the post
Working hours 37 hours per fortnight
