| Presenter Details | Veronica Murphy, Senior Consulting Partner at The Discovery Partnership Ltd, will lead the Accelerator Business Growth Programme 2026. With over 30 years' experience in business growth, leadership and strategy, she will be joined by a panel of expert contributors providing specialist support throughout the programme. Johnny O’Callaghan, Managing Director of John O’Callaghan Ltd, specialises in business growth, succession and exit planning. He has extensive experience advising physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals on tax, business structuring, compliance and financial planning. Terri-Sue Cosgrove, CEO & Managing Director of The HR Head, is an HR and Employment Law specialist with significant healthcare sector experience. She advises physiotherapy and healthcare organisations on HR strategy, employment law and people management. Damien Traynor, founder of Ambit Compliance, is a data protection and ePrivacy specialist with over 20 years’ experience. He works extensively with healthcare organisations, helping them manage compliance, governance and data protection requirements. Tracey Solicitors LLP is a specialist Irish law firm with over 35 years’ experience in personal injury and medical negligence. The firm regularly works with healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, providing expertise in medico-legal reports, legal requirements and professional obligations. |

The Accelerator Business Growth Programme 2026 provides practical business support for physiotherapy practice owners and managers looking to strengthen, develop and grow their practices.
CPPP delivered the first Accelerator Business Growth Programme in 2025, providing participants with practical support across a range of areas relevant to running and growing a private practice. Feedback from participants helped shape this year's programme, ensuring that the content reflects the topics most relevant to private practice owners and managers.
Rather than repeating last year's programme, the 2026 programme takes a deeper dive into the areas that generated the greatest interest, with a stronger emphasis on discussion, practical application and participant engagement. A new session on Medico-Legal Reports in Clinical Practice has also been introduced.
