This webinar will provide members with an important update on the National Simulation Office (NSO) Strategy 2025-28, and highlight how HSCPs are being included and represented nationally. Participants will also gain practical insights into establishing and developing simulation services within their own settings, with a focus on scenario design, uses of simulation and getting started in simulation.
This session will explore how SBE supports professional growth, enhances patient safety, and future-proofs the healthcare workforce while aligning with the goals of HSCP Deliver 2021–2026. Esther will also share her experience of promoting interprofessional simulation implementation across regions and discuss practical strategies for building sustainable simulation initiatives.
