We are so excited to be hosting a first of it's kinds One day wellness day to support Pelvic Health Practitioners manage their energy and avoid burnout. The day will include Pilates, yoga and optional sauna at the end. Psychology experts Michelle Flynn of @ancroibeag and Kate Shannon will acknowledge the deep emotional work we do and offer strategies and support skills to sustain ourselves. We will have a nourishing lunch and healthy breakfast as well as healthy snacks and time to chat to each other along the way. Working as an independent practitioner with often complex cases goes further than just the clinical application. This course will help further your development in the nest possible way.
