He is the founder of iThrust Academy, a Europe-based training organisation established in 2022 that delivers advanced manual therapy education to healthcare professionals. Through iThrust Academy, Dr. Bonfonti has helped develop a global training network, with courses now delivered across 38 countries and over 50 cities, supporting the continuing professional development of clinicians in manual therapy. With a strong background in hands-on clinical practice and years of teaching experience, Dr. Bonfonti specialises in delivering structured, practical training that emphasises precision, safety, and real-world clinical application. His teaching approach allows practitioners to confidently integrate HVLA techniques into their existing scope of practice. On the day, Dr. Bonfonti will lead the hands-on practical training, guiding participants through technique execution, positioning, and clinical application.
