Ciara Shields

Ciara Shields is a is a Chartered Physiotherapist, Specialist in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She completed a degree in physiotherapy at U.C.D in 2000 followed by a Master's in manipulative physiotherapy in the University of Queensland, Brisbane in 2004. She lecturted to physiotherapy undergraduate students from 2006 until 2011 on a part time basis. In 2021, 2004 and 2005 she was a speaker at the the Irish Osteoporosis Society's annual conference. She is the owner of IONA Physiotherapy, Drumcondra, Dublin 9, where she continues her clinical work as a private practitioner. She also teaches clinical pilates to small groups at the clinic.
