Private Practice

B.Sc Hon’s in Physiotherapy, MISCP.

CORU Registered Physiotherapist.

Hi, I’m Suvangkar, a CORU-registered Physiotherapist and a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists. I qualified in 2003 from the University of Dhaka and have over 22 years of experience in Neuro-musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I am also a registered physiotherapist in Norway, Sweden and Bangladesh, giving me a broad perspective on different healthcare systems.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in hospitals, community health services, private practices, and elderly care homes across Ireland, Norway, and Sweden. My focus has been on the treatment and rehabilitation of neurological, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

I am a certified instructor in patient handling and moving, and I hold LSVT BIG® certification for the intensive treatment of Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions. I have also completed advanced training in Dry Needling (Level 2), Shockwave Therapy, Laser Therapy, McKenzie A & B for mechanical back pain, Mulligan joint mobilisation and Advanced Neuro-Physiotherapy.

I’m passionate about helping clients with conditions such as neck and back pain, arthritis, muscle pain, sports injuries, stroke, paralysis, and post-operative recovery. I believe that a client-centred approach is the most effective way to deliver physiotherapy and I’m committed to providing high-quality, personalised care to every person I work with.
