Who we are
Chartered Physiotherapists in Parkinson's Disease (CPNGP) is a subgroup of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology and Gerontology (CPNG)
This means you must first be a member of CPNG before you can join CPNGP.

CPNGPD was formed to establish a network of communication between for ISCP members with an interest in Parkinson’s Disease
What we do
Aims and Objectives
1.To promote excellence in the management of Parkinson’s Disease for the benefits of the client
2. To provide a network to initiate and support knowledge transfer between physiotherapy clinicians and researchers to continually strive for best practice physiotherapy for people with Parkinson’s across Ireland.
3. To provide a platform for education and raise awareness of Physiotherapy management in PD to Physiotherapists, other health professionals and to the public through Courses, Workshops, Conferences and webinars.
4. To provide a forum for discussing, encouraging and supporting research, disseminate research findings and provide a forum for multicentre collaboration.
5. To advise the ISCP on clinical and professional issues in relation to Parkinson’s Disease.
6. To develop and maintain links with relevant organisations nationally & internationally
