Who we are
CPRCNG was established in 2022 to address the networking, educational, and support needs of physiotherapists working in elderly residential care. These needs came to the fore during the COVID-19 pandemic and led to a series of meetings between physiotherapist managers and clinicians in the sector.
What we do
A presentation was given at the Society’s Annual Conference on the journey from COVID-19 to the formation of this new group.
The preferred format is a community of practice, with upcoming meetings covering falls prevention, physiotherapy in cognitive impairment, and specialism-specific clinical practice guidelines.
